Training Philosophy

Our approach is simple: we focus on the process. We believe that whether you are six or sixteen, the fundamentals of the sport—movement, strategy, and mental resilience—must be built on a solid foundation. We move beyond basic drills to teach tactical intelligence, helping players understand how to outplay their opponents in real match situations.

Facilities and Environment

We operate out of two key locations in Bangalore: the Rohan Bopanna Tennis Academy in Yelahanka and The Sports School on Kanakapura Road. Both centers feature international-standard acrylic hard courts that perform consistently regardless of the weather. Because we train in the evenings and early mornings, our floodlit courts ensure that play never stops. We also prioritize recovery, which is why you will find ice baths and hydrotherapy as part of our daily routine—because keeping an athlete healthy is just as important as teaching them a forehand.

Programs for Every Level

We provide pathways for all stages of development:

• Grassroots: Programs designed for beginners to learn the game properly from day one.
• Intermediate: Focused on technical refinement and building game consistency.
• High-Performance: Intensive training for juniors aiming for the pro circuit, including strength, conditioning, and nutritional support.
