Our workshops are built for real people, not just pros. Whether you are walking into our Koramangala studio for a 90-minute Bollysass blast or trying Mat Pilates for the first time, expect zero pressure and a lot of energy. Just grab your spot, bring your josh, and let us handle the rest.
We believe fitness should feel like a party. That is why we mix it up. One weekend you might be doing a high-energy Bhangra session, and the next you are focusing on posture with Mat Pilates. Everything we do is rooted in community. Small batches mean you actually get feedback and make friends, not just sweat in a crowded room.
We host these sessions at Good Move Studios in Koramangala and Cunningham Road. If you cannot make it to the studio, we also take the vibe to your apartment complex in areas like Sarjapura, Whitefield, or Bellandur. All our weekend sessions are 90 to 120 minutes, giving you enough time to learn the choreography, film your reels, and have a laugh. If you are new to dance, do not worry. We break everything down step-by-step. Just bring a water bottle, comfortable shoes, and your energy. We handle the music, the props, and the good times.
