Corporate Dance Workshop & Ice-Breaker
Session Structure
- Format: Follow the leader style workshop where employees mimic the instructor immediately.
- Content: Mix of Bollywood, fitness steps, and trending social media hooks.
- Crew: 1 Lead Instructor for smaller groups; includes an additional assistant for groups over 30.
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes of active engagement.
Technical & Deliverables
- Audio: Instructor provides a pre-mixed high tempo playlist.
- Requirements: Client must provide sound system, speakers, and mic at the venue.
- Video: Instructor records raw snippets of the session for social media use.
- Travel: Included for office locations within standard Bangalore limits.
Employee Stage Performance Training
Rehearsals & Training
- Scope: Complete choreography for one 3 to 4 minute performance act.
- Sessions: 4 to 5 sessions for simple songs; 7 to 8 sessions for medleys or complex formations.
- Duration: Each rehearsal session lasts 60 to 90 minutes.
- Location: Conducted at the client office or at the provider studios.
Creative Support
- Audio Engineering: Professional editing to create a seamless mix of 2 to 3 songs.
- Practice Aids: Recorded tutorial videos provided to employees for home practice.
- Styling: Formation setting and consultation on costume color coordination.
Corporate Flash Mob Choreography
Concept & Design
- Format: High impact routine with snowball entry format suitable for public spaces.
- Duration: 3 to 5 minute routine designed to cut through ambient noise.
- Leadership: Includes 2 to 3 professional lead dancers to maintain energy and guide the formation.
Execution & Training
- Employee Training: Up to 4 rehearsal sessions to train up to 30 client employees or volunteers.
- Coordination: 1 Coordinator provided for music cues and formation triggers on event day.
- Exclusions: Does not include venue permissions, sound system rental, or professional videography crew.

My Story
We’re Raw Mango Events, not your regular event crew. We’re all about mixing it up – from wild Sangeet nights to random pottery sessions, we love it when things get a little filmi and everyone’s laughing. Our studio is home, and if you think you can’t dance, just wait till you try our Bollysass workshop – paani may aag lag jayegi (water will catch fire, trust me)! For us, it’s about finding your people and having a blast.
