Live Caricature Portraits for Weddings
I add a touch of unique fun to your wedding, reception, or sangeet. Each 5-minute caricature becomes a personalized party favor, giving your guests a hand-drawn memento to remember your special day.
A live caricature station is a great way to keep guests entertained during a wedding celebration. Here, I'm putting the finishing touches on a portrait for a smiling guest.
Capturing the cool style of a guest at a party. My goal is to highlight unique features in a fun way, all done in a few minutes with a marker.
Drawing live at an evening function. The process is simple: a guest sits for a few minutes, and I create a fun, exaggerated portrait for them to take home.
This black and white shot captures the atmosphere of a late-night party. I can draw multiple faces on one sheet, which is great for groups who want a shared souvenir.
A special moment drawing a father and daughter at a family function. These portraits become cherished keepsakes, especially for families.
It's always fun drawing for younger guests at weddings and parties. This quick sketch captures her studious look in a playful cartoon style.
A young guest sits for his portrait at a reception. My live drawing is a family-friendly activity that adds an element of interactive fun to any event.
Drawing a guest at what looks to be a family gathering or party. The background shows a typical event setting where my service fits in perfectly.
Working on a caricature in a beautifully decorated hall. I only need a small space with a couple of chairs to set up my easel and start drawing.
A guest poses for her caricature at an indoor event. It's always a pleasure to draw people in traditional attire, capturing the elegance of the occasion.
About Weddings & Receptions
I hand every guest their finished drawing inside a protective clear plastic sleeve immediately. It sounds simple, but it means your guests walk away with a souvenir they can tuck into their bag or pocket without worrying about smudges, creases, or ruining the ink while they continue enjoying your event.
When you have a crowd at your wedding, you want an activity that breaks the ice and keeps energy high. My live caricature station does exactly that. I set up in a corner with my easel and markers, needing nothing more than three chairs and a small 6x6 foot space.
My process is built for speed and impact. Guests sit for about 5 minutes while I capture their likeness in bold, exaggerated lines. It is always a joy to hear people laugh and say, 'Tumba chennagide!' (It’s looking great!) when I turn the easel around. Whether it is a bride and groom or a family posing together, I focus on capturing the personality of the subject in a way a photograph often misses.
I provide all the materials, including thick 180-200 GSM artist cardstock that is perfect for framing. Since I work with permanent markers, the drawings are crisp, clean, and ready to take home the moment the sketch is done. I have worked everywhere from intimate home gatherings to large resort weddings across Karnataka, and I always arrive prepared with my own light and equipment. My goal is to make sure that while your guests are waiting for the main course or mingling during the reception, they are engaged in something fun and personal.
