Zumba is more than a workout; it is a high-energy dance party where we sweat, smile, and leave the stress behind. Whether we are moving to Latin, Afrobeat, or Bollywood, the focus is on showing up and vibing.
This is what my solo practice looks like. I'm always working on new moves to bring fresh energy and strength-building choreography to every class.
Dancing with my Zumba buddies is pure joy. We feed off each other's energy, making every routine feel like a performance. This Merengue track always gets the party started.

About this collection
These sessions are hosted at partner venues like Kenzo and FITPRO, so you can pick the location that works best for your daily schedule. You do not need to be a professional dancer or a gym expert to fit in here. Just bring a water bottle, a towel, and a positive mindset, and I will handle the rest.
My classes are not just about burning calories; they are about finding a space where you can fully let go. We run 12 sessions per month, usually scheduled 3 days a week, keeping the pace consistent and the community engaged.
What to Expect
- A Diverse Mix: We groove to Latin rhythms, Afrobeat, Bhangra, and Bollywood. My playlists change constantly so you never get bored.
- Judgment-Free Zone: Whether you are 20 or 40+, this is your time to be loud and messy. We laugh, hype each other up, and celebrate small wins.
- Format: Every session is 60 minutes of high-intensity cardio dance. If you want to tone up, we use Zumba toning sticks to add that extra resistance.
Where We Meet
I conduct classes across various locations in Calicut, including Kenzo Fitness, NDC Studio, Krome Fitness, and FITPRO. Since I am a ZIN Mentor, these sessions focus on proper technique while ensuring you have a blast. Once you join, you get added to our private WhatsApp group for real-time updates and social media challenges.
