Large-scale projects need more than just design. I bring my own red soil, Mexican grass, and natural stone supplies directly to your site, cutting out the middleman. This ensures the two-inch soil base is properly leveled and the grass sods are fresh when they reach your property.
When managing a large site like an apartment complex or a new housing layout, the biggest challenge is coordination and material quality. I don't rely on third-party suppliers for the basics. Because I run my own material supply chain, I handle the full scope of development myself.
My Process for Large Sites
- Site Clearing & Levelling: I start by removing debris, weeds, and unwanted surface material. Proper grading is critical for large layouts to prevent waterlogging during the monsoon season.
- Soil Preparation: For large lawns, I supply fertile red earth enriched with organic manure. I lay a consistent two-inch base to ensure deep root growth for the grass sods.
- Hardscaping: I construct paved walkways using Sadahalli stone or concrete pavers. For commercial projects, I focus on durable, anti-skid finishes that can handle high foot traffic and heavy cleaning.
- Infrastructure: I install underground conduits for garden lighting and drainage pipes before laying any grass or stone, so we do not have to dig up the work later.

- Grass: Large-scale supply of Mexican and Bermuda grass pads, ready for immediate installation.
- Stone: I source and cut stones for pathways, kerbstones, and perimeter borders, saving you on transportation and middleman costs.
- Plants: Avenue trees, shrubs, and border plants specifically selected for low-maintenance requirements in common areas.
