Site Preparation
- Ground Grading: Leveling existing terrain using manual labor or mini-excavators to ensure proper drainage slopes.
- Soil Work: Filling 4 to 6 inches of high-quality Red Earth mixed with Vermicompost and manure for plant health.
- Clearing: Removal of all construction debris and wild vegetation.
Greenery & Planting
- Lawn: Laying of Mexican Carpet Grass or Selection No. 1 sods for immediate green cover.
