A closer look at how I craft your designs, from mixing fresh, natural henna to the quiet focus behind every engagement and party pattern.

A beautiful Arabic-style design, perfect for a bridesmaid, engagement, or any festive party. The flowing floral and paisley patterns are elegant and stylish.

This video shows the process of creating a party mehndi design. Even for simpler designs, I focus on clean lines and beautiful patterns. The client's name, Aakash, is hidden in the design.

A behind-the-scenes look at me working on an engagement mehndi. You can see the focus and precision that goes into every single stroke of the henna cone.

This video shows me applying an engagement mehndi design. It's a privilege to be a part of such special moments and to create art that celebrates love.

This video captures the atmosphere of a mehndi ceremony, from the decorated thaali with my fresh, natural henna cones to me applying the design on a client.

This video highlights the intricacy of a traditional full-hand design. The patterns are dense and detailed, with beautiful jaal work on the forearms and delicate floral motifs on the palms.

A beautifully balanced design with matching patterns on both hands. The mehndi extends up to the mid-forearm, featuring traditional motifs and checkerboard patterns for a full look.

This video shows a stunning design with peacocks inside jharokhas on the palms. The forearms are adorned with lotus patterns, creating a design that is both traditional and graceful.

A video close-up of a dense and detailed bridal design. One arm features traditional doli and peacock motifs, while the other has a modern floral and geometric pattern, showcasing my versatility.

This full-arm design features intricate floral and paisley patterns. The use of negative space makes the motifs stand out, creating a bold and beautiful look.

About More of My Art & Process

When you see me working, you are watching 20 years of practice refined into one flow. I mix my henna paste fresh with essential oils every single day, not just for the deep color, but to keep the texture perfect for intricate work. It is why my clients can sit for hours without the paste flaking or drying out before the design is finished.

Mehndi is more than a tradition to me; it is a story I write on your skin. Whether it is an intimate engagement, a fun party, or a grand wedding, my process stays the same.

My Process

Every cone I use is filled with my own 100% natural, chemical-free henna mix. I believe that if the base is not pure, the color will never have the depth that a bride deserves. When you book me, you are not just getting an artist; you are getting someone who understands the balance between traditional motifs like peacocks and lotuses, and the modern, clean style that looks great in photos.

What I Bring to Your Event

  • Engagement & Party Mehndi: I focus on flow and elegance. I enjoy adding hidden elements like names or personal dates to make the design uniquely yours.
  • Doorstep Convenience: My team and I travel across Delhi NCR so you do not have to worry about finding a studio. We bring everything needed to set up.
  • Consistent Quality: Whether I am applying a simple floral strip for a guest or a full-arm bridal piece, I ensure the same level of care. My junior assistants are trained by me, ensuring that even group mehndi maintains the 'Raj Mehandi' standard.

I treat every event with the same seriousness as a bridal ceremony. It is this dedication to the art that keeps my clients coming back, and it is why I am so protective of my craft.

I am Raj. For me, mehndi is not just a job; it is a story told in henna. When I am not sketching portraits or detailing bridal arms, I am likely in my Noida studio mixing a fresh batch of paste for my next client.
