I moderated a Product Growth meetup for eChai Ventures, and it was a special one because my husband was a speaker on the panel. It’s always a joy to blend personal and professional worlds to create a unique and engaging event.

About this collection
Whether I am running a YC-style co-founder matchmaking session or moderating a tech panel, my focus is always on the energy in the room. I don’t just stick to the script; I frame the questions that actually get people talking, making sure every speaker feels seen and every audience member leaves with a fresh perspective.
Corporate and startup events often suffer from the same problem: they are stiff, awkward, and predictable. My goal is to change that. I design gatherings that act as a proper 'third space' where founders, operators, and curious minds can actually connect.
My Approach to Moderation and Curation
I treat every panel or fireside chat as a story that needs to be told well. If you have ever sat through a sleepy panel where the speakers are just reciting their LinkedIn bios, you know that is the opposite of what I do. I research the panelists, frame intentional, non-superficial questions, and actively manage the room’s energy to ensure the discussion stays lively.
