I don't just read scripts or ask rehearsed questions. I bridge the gap between authors and audiences to make literature and ideas feel deeply human and accessible.

Speaking at the Kerala Literature Festival 2024. It was my first-ever speaking engagement at a lit fest, and the session on modern matchmaking was housefull. I love bridging the gap between technology, relationships, and literature.

A glimpse of a fireside chat I attended at the Bengaluru Poetry Festival with Swanand Kirkire. I often bring my Poha-Jalebi Club members to such events to support artists and foster a love for literature and art within my community.

A joyful moment with author Brinda Karat at the Kerala Literature Festival. These events are a fantastic opportunity to meet and learn from inspiring women.

In conversation with the music maestro Shankar Mahadevan. I've had the pleasure of interacting with him multiple times over the years, and it's always an enriching experience.

Supporting my friend Supriya at her book launch for "Guardians of Innocence." I believe in showing up for my community and celebrating their achievements. Here we are at the book signing event.

I wrote a chapter for the book "Humanise," published by Plum. It's an honor to contribute to important workplace conversations, and I now host reading parties to discuss these topics further.

A look inside the book "Humanise," featuring my chapter on "How to create a dating policy at the workplace?" This is a topic I am passionate about bringing into corporate discourse.

About this collection

My moderation style isn't about me on stage; it's about the chemistry between the speaker and the room. Whether it's a housefull literature festival or an intimate book launch, I bring the same level of preparation: rigorous research on the author's work, a list of un-Googleable questions, and the energy to keep the audience locked in from the opening note.

Great moderation is the difference between a dull monologue and a conversation that sticks with the audience for weeks. I treat every book event and literary session as a chance to dismantle the wall between the 'expert' on stage and the people in the seats.

Why my approach works

  • Deep-Dive Research: I don't just read the back cover of your book. I dive into the author's interviews, their body of work, and the specific context of their message to frame questions that invite genuine storytelling.
  • Adaptable Energy: I have facilitated everything from high-energy startup fireside chats to sensitive book launches regarding social issues. I read the room and adjust the tempo accordingly.
  • Human-Centric Facilitation: My background in relationship coaching helps me manage the dynamics of a panel. I know how to navigate ego, bring in the quietest speaker, and ensure the session flows without feeling like a boardroom meeting.

What I bring to your stage

  • Un-Googleable Conversations: I aim for the 'how' and 'why' rather than just the 'what.'
  • Social Amplification: I use my platforms to ensure the conversation continues long after the mics are turned off.
  • IIM-Backed Professionalism: While the vibe is relaxed, the execution is structured. I handle the logistics of the flow, the timing, and the audience interaction so you can focus on the content.

Whether you are hosting a city-wide literature festival in Bengaluru, a cozy book launch, or a corporate session on storytelling, let's create a space where people actually want to listen.

I'm Radhika. I’ve gone from studying at IIM to hosting fireside chats with music maestros and moderating panels at the Kerala Literature Festival. I believe every book launch or literary event needs more heart and fewer stiff formalities.
