Moving to a new city often feels lonely. Join my small cohort workshop designed to help you find your people and build a healthy social life from scratch.

Introducing "Build to Belong," my workshop on building a healthy social life in a new place. It’s a program born from my own experiences and my passion for helping others combat loneliness.

How do you find micro-joys while chasing macro-dreams in a new city? My 'Build to Belong' workshop helps you answer this question and find your footing.

We focus on physical and mental health, but social health is often overlooked. This workshop addresses that gap, helping you navigate the lonely transition of moving to a new city for work or education.

Here are the details for our cohort. It's a small group of 10 peers, meeting weekly for four weeks to learn, share, and grow together. This intimate setting ensures everyone gets personalized attention.

Under 30 and new to the city? This is for you. I took this sign around Bengaluru to connect with people directly and let them know that help is available to design their social life and find their tribe.

"The first week really built a foundation." Here's what past participants have to say. The workshop provides a structured approach with daily newsletters and identity exercises to help you make tangible progress.

"I am more motivated than ever before." More reviews from our cohort members who found the workshop to be an enriching and wholesome reminder to put themselves out there and build connections.

About this collection

The Build to Belong program is intentionally limited to 10 peers. We meet weekly for four weeks to move past small talk, using specific identity exercises and actionable steps to help you turn a new city into a place that truly feels like home.

Loneliness in a new city is real, and it’s not because you’re doing something wrong. We focus so much on our career and physical health that we often neglect 'social health.' This is exactly what the Build to Belong workshop tackles.

This isn't a networking event where you hand out business cards. It's a closed group of 10 peers—people just like you, under 30, navigating the same challenges. Over four weeks, we use proprietary identity exercises and daily newsletters to move from feeling like an outsider to finding your footing.

We cover topics like:

  • Identifying your social needs and boundaries.
  • Moving past the awkwardness of being 'the new person.'
  • Finding micro-joys in a macro-city.

It’s about building a foundation that lasts long after the sessions end. If you’re tired of swiping or waiting for invitations that never come, this is your chance to take charge. Whether you are in Bengaluru or Mumbai, the struggle of relocating is universal. Let's stop waiting for connection to happen and start designing it.
