I believe events should be dynamic and engaging, not just a series of formal talks. Here I am, moderating a session at the Huddle Global 2024 conference in Trivandrum, creating an interactive experience for speakers and the audience in a beautiful outdoor setting.
This is the Poha-Jalebi Club in action. What started as a simple breakfast meetup has become a thriving community, bringing together over 60 people for food, stories, and laughter. It’s proof that the most meaningful connections happen in the most relaxed settings.
It was an honor to lead a guest session on Indian Matchmaking at IIM Bangalore. Engaging with a diverse classroom of students from the US, Japan, South Korea, and India shows that the curiosity about human connection is universal.
The "Bring Your Own Diya" party is about creating a home away from home. Here, we are lighting diyas together, sharing stories, and making sure no one feels alone during the festive season. It’s these small, intentional moments that build a true sense of community.
Finding the right co-founder is like dating. At Huddle Global 2024, I hosted a co-founder matchmaking session to help entrepreneurs find their ideal business partners. This is the group of ambitious founders who participated in the curated networking event.
A moment of genuine connection with the acclaimed author K. R. Meera at the Bangalore Literature Festival. My role often goes beyond moderating; it's about creating a space where guests feel seen and can share their stories authentically.

About Corporate & Community Events

Why My Events Aren't the Usual

If you’re tired of those awkward handshakes, endless small talk, and business cards that just gather dust, same here. I see how most corporate events feel like a chore. My thing? Bringing back the real, unfiltered joy of getting together. Humne iski packaging aisi kar di hai (We’ve made it too much about the frills) and forgotten that it can actually be fun and meaningful.

What I Actually Do

  • I curate, moderate, and host events across the startup, tech, alumni, and education world. No one-size-fits-all formats.
  • For the startup crowd: I make curated panel discussions lively, not sleepy. Fireside chats that go beyond surface-level. If you’re looking for co-founder matches, I run matchmaking sessions (sometimes with frameworks like YC’s) that don’t feel like speed-dating.
  • For teams and communities: My Poha-Jalebi Club is all about team bonding activities—just breakfast, nostalgia, and honest conversations. Want something thoda different (a little different)? I create community engagement events like BYO Diya Diwali parties and vulnerable letter-writing sessions.
  • For universities: I run workshops and masterclasses on social wellness, modern matchmaking, and how to build connections from scratch—especially for those new to a city.

The Vibe

Low-pressure, inclusive event formats. No forced fun, no “mandatory mingling,” no pressure to drink. Just honest, intentional spaces where anyone—introvert ya extrovert—can find their people. Baaki, everything is figureoutable.

My Story

Hola! I'm Radhika. Connection is my thing - I started out just poking around the dating scene, doing user research, and now, here I am, talking at IIMs and building my Poha-Jalebi Club. O bhiya, when someone walks in with an MP09 plate, I feel that home wali vibe (home-like feeling), you know? It's not just about finding love, it's about finding your tribe. My Sanskrit teacher once showed up at my event - that's the magic. We’re all just walking each other home.

My Work

Matchmaking, Coaching & Curated Events - I help singles with intentional dating coaching, my Elevate program, and offline matchmaking events to meet real people.

Shared Experiences, Not Swiping - Dating 1.0 is dead. I plan salsa nights, yoga, book clubs, and baking parties - curated singles meetups, not just app swipes.

Authenticity First - Bring dhang ki photos (good pics), show your vibe. Your biodata should feel like you, not just stats.

For Marriage-Minded Singles - I work with Indian singles who want something real, not just a checklist. Intent matters most.
