About Behind the Scenes: Our Craftsmanship
When you see a finished stage, you are seeing the result of hours of manual labor. Our team spends time hand-cutting custom Styrofoam props, climbing ladders to secure heavy floral headers, and testing lighting angles to ensure the backdrop looks perfect from every seat. We do not just assemble pre-made items; we build your event's foundation from the ground up.
Great decor is not just about the final look, but the hard work that happens before the first guest arrives. Based out of Ullal, Bengaluru, we treat every event as a unique project that requires a hands-on approach.
Our Process
We start with a scribble on a notepad. Whether it is a traditional muhurtham mandapa or a whimsical jungle theme for a birthday, every setup goes through a design phase where we figure out the structural needs.
We utilize high-density Styrofoam for 3D props like lotus petals and peacocks because it allows for depth that flat cardboard cannot provide. Our team prefers matte finish flex backdrops because they reduce glare under the heavy lighting required for stage photography. We spend significant time on the floor, arranging marigolds, tuberoses, and jasmine. You might see us climbing ladders to ensure the floral header is perfectly aligned, or manually adjusting the focus of LED PAR cans to wash the cradle or swing in the right color.
The Human Touch
Decoration is manual work. It involves cutting, sticking, and lifting. We have built a team that loves this 'madness' because we know it creates the ambiance you are looking for. When we use brass urlis or traditional lamps, we check every placement to honor the cultural aspect of your ceremony.
Whether it is a baby shower, a naming ceremony, or a reception, we focus on the details that stay unseen but are felt—the firmness of the backdrop structure, the freshness of the blooms, and the careful placement of your signage. If you want a team that works alongside you to build your vision, we are ready to talk.
