Whether we are retrofitting an industrial structure or designing a new interior from scratch, our goal is to blur the boundaries between the built environment and the natural world, ensuring the space feels grounded.
Sustainability as Standard
For us, sustainability is not a checklist item. It is the core of our material selection. We prioritize healthy materiality, energy-conscious lighting profiles, and the reuse of existing infrastructure wherever possible. This ensures that the environments we create remain comfortable and air-quality conscious for years.
The Human-Centric Layout
Design fails if it doesn't function. We treat circulation and zoning as the most critical aspects of our floor plans. In our workspace projects, this means defining clear boundaries between focus zones and collaborative areas using sound-dampening glass or acoustic baffles. In residential projects, this means creating 'pause points'—those specific corners by a window or a seat that you naturally gravitate toward. Our layouts are designed to support your productivity or your rest, never to hinder it.
