Every project starts with listening - I want to get what your brand stands for and what people need from the space, even if they don’t say it out loud.
How I Approach Each Project
- I’m big on spaces that tell your story. Whether it’s through materials, quirky features, or just the vibe, I make sure your brand’s personality comes through.
- People first, always. If a space doesn’t make folks feel good, it’s not working. I design for comfort, productivity, and those little moments that make a place memorable.
- Nature’s a must. I use natural light, greenery, and earthy materials to keep things chill and balanced. Biophilic commercial interiors aren’t just a trend - they help people feel better.
What I Design
- Offices that go beyond desks. I mix private booths, breakout lounges, and flexible layouts so teams can work how they want. Workspace flow design is key.

My Story
Hey, I’m Rachna and Studio IAAD is my brainchild, but honestly, it’s all of us together. Design for us is not just pretty walls - it’s about making your space feel like you, really. We listen, a lot.
