My live pasta station is a guest favorite. Here, penne pasta is being tossed in a rich, creamy white sauce with a variety of fresh vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, and mushrooms, all made to order.

A classic Indo-Chinese favorite, my Chilly Paneer is cooked live with soft paneer cubes, crunchy onions, and bell peppers tossed in a tangy and spicy sauce. It's a perfect appetizer or side dish.

My crispy spring rolls are a perfect bite-sized appetizer. I serve them in shot glasses with a bit of sweet chili oil at the bottom for an extra kick of flavor.

For those who enjoy Pan-Asian cuisine, I offer elegant options like these vegetarian sushi rolls and a live teppanyaki station where vegetables are stir-fried right in front of you.

The sizzle of the wok is a key part of the live food experience. Here, my chef is stir-frying fresh noodles with vegetables over a high flame for that authentic smoky flavor.

I also specialize in South Indian delicacies. This video shows the preparation of a crispy dosa on a hot griddle, alongside fresh vadas, offering a taste of authentic South Indian catering.
