I started Pure Gym Meals because I saw people in Navi Mumbai stuck between unhealthy junk food and flavorless diet bowls. I wanted to change that. My salads, such as the Chicken Greek or Paneer Tikka, are built on a base of crisp iceberg and romaine lettuce, but the real substance comes from that grain layer—millet or quinoa—that keeps you going.
