My kitchen in Navi Mumbai is built on the idea that diet food should not taste like cardboard. When you browse through my menu, you will see a variety of options aimed at different phases of your fitness journey.

Why my menu works

  • Macro-Balanced Boxes: My high-protein meal prep boxes are built for recovery. Each box typically packs 150g to 200g of lean protein like grilled chicken, paneer, or tofu. I pair these with smart carbs like brown rice, quinoa, or millet to ensure you get sustained energy.
  • Salads that Fill You Up: I don't do tiny, watery side salads. My nutrient-dense grain salads use a base of iceberg or romaine lettuce mixed with millet or quinoa. Toppings like avocado, olives, and fresh paneer or chicken ensure these bowls are full meals.
  • Convenient Wraps: For those days when you are rushing between the office and the gym, my whole wheat protein wraps provide a quick, toasted solution that is easy to eat on the move.

Everything I make is low-oil and uses zero-sugar sauces. I keep the menu flexible so you can pick and choose based on your daily macros. Whether you are cutting, bulking, or just trying to eat cleaner, I have options to support your goals.
