It’s always fun to work on large orders like this one heading to Nagpur. For a small business like mine, every single order is special and I take great care in packing each item, whether it's hair oil, serums, or soaps.
There is nothing more satisfying than dispatching orders. This video shows a few of the orders I sent out over the last few days, including custom soaps, lotions, and scrubs.

I am Dr. Pooja, and this space is where I combine my training in Ayurveda with my passion for chemical-free, natural skincare. I do not mass-produce; I create in small, intentional batches. This allows me to maintain the integrity of my formulas, from the herbal decoctions in my face creams to the delicate balance of essential oils in my soaps.
Why I Work This Way
I believe you should know exactly what goes onto your skin. In this workshop, there are no hidden preservatives or harsh parabens. When I am demolding a batch of custom-named soaps or bottling a Vitamin C serum, I am thinking about who will use it. If I am making a soap for a child, it needs to be gentle and safe. If I am formulating a cream for acne, it needs to be effective using traditional herbs like Manjistha and Licorice.
Quality Over Everything
Packing your orders is not just a logistical task; it is the final step of my process. I personally inspect every label, check the seal on every jar, and ensure the packaging is sturdy enough to survive shipping anywhere in the country or abroad. My goal is to ensure that when you open your parcel, you experience the same freshness that I feel the moment I make it.
