Pro-Level Cricket Fitness & Conditioning
Modern cricket requires more than just skill. We focus on building the explosive power, agility, and mental toughness needed to perform at the highest level, the Rajasthan Royals way.

Strength training is a key part of our fitness regimen. Here, players are engaged in supervised barbell squats and bench presses to build core and upper body strength.

About Pro-Level Fitness & Conditioning
Recovery is as crucial as the intensity of the workout. At our Muhana and SMS Stadium facilities, we don't just focus on the sweat; we integrate ice baths and mobility work into your routine to manage fatigue and keep you injury-free. If you want to train five days a week like a professional, your body needs to recover just as hard.
Cricket isn't just about hitting the ball or bowling fast; it is about sustaining that intensity for five days or fifty overs. We bring the exact same strength and conditioning standards I used as a professional cricketer to our academy.
The Science of the Grind
We break our fitness program down into three core pillars:
- Explosive Power: Using plyometrics and resistance training to generate pace for fast bowlers and power for batters.
- Agility & Coordination: Fielders need to change direction in a split second. Our ladder drills, hurdle work, and reaction games at the SMS Stadium ground are designed to build that natural, quick-footed movement.
- Core Stability: Cricket-specific strength training that focuses on the core and glutes, preventing the common lower back injuries that plague many young players.
Beyond the Gym
We don't just put you on a treadmill. We utilize the space at our PS Sports Arena and SMS Stadium to perform functional drills that mimic match conditions. Our yoga sessions are vital for long-term flexibility, and our recovery protocols—like ice baths—are mandatory for anyone serious about their career. Whether you are a U-14 player or a senior, if you are here, you train with intensity. We demand consistency because that is the only way to build a professional physique.
