No-BS Nutrition & Supplement Reviews
Stop wasting your money on influencer scams and bro-science. I break down the labels, the ingredients, and the reality of what you are putting in your body.
Losing focus mid-workout? It's probably your hydration. Here are my intra-workout hydration options, from cheapest (water) to most effective for performance (EAAs, Citrulline).
The number one performance enhancement beverage is water. Plain old H2O. Most people chase fancy supplements but neglect the basics. Stay hydrated to perform.
A candid review of The Whole Truth protein bar. It's decent, with a good whey protein source, but the "no added sugar" claim is bullshit when it's sweetened with dates. Sugar is sugar.
A review of the Epigamia Turbo ready-to-drink protein shake. 25 grams of highly bioavailable protein for 150 bucks. This is a great product for athletes on the move.
An honest review of protein bars in the Indian market. Most are just expensive chocolates with poor protein sources like soy. Avolt is the closest to a real protein bar, but it's pricey.
The media won't tell you this because there's no profit in it. Simply adding 2 whole eggs a day can fix many nutritional deficiencies. Stick to the basics.
Irresponsible journalism from the Times of India, glorifying a 4.6 kg weight cut in 10 hours. This is pathetic reporting that demeans other athletes and shows a complete lack of understanding of the science.
About this collection
Most of you are treating protein bars like health food when they are actually just glorified desserts. If your protein source relies on soy concentrates or fermented yeast, you are not getting the bio-availability you think you are. I have spent a decade analyzing these labels and calling out the marketing nonsense. If you want to know which brands are actually worth your hard-earned money versus which are just overpriced sugar, stop guessing and start looking at the actual science.
The Reality of Performance Nutrition
Most commercial nutrition advice is designed to sell you products you do not need. I take a different approach. Whether it is hydration or supplementation, my advice is based on what actually moves the needle for your performance.
Why Hydration Matters More Than Supplements
Before you go hunting for fancy powders, fix your water intake. A dehydrated body is a ticking time bomb for muscle tears and poor recovery. I use a gallon jug during my sessions because sipping is better than gulping. If you are training hard, electrolytes and proper hydration protocols are the first things you should optimize, not your pre-workout stack.
Calling Out the "Fake" Industry
I have been filming the reality of the supplement scam for over a decade. The market is flooded with grey-market fakes and adulterated goods that can damage your health. When I review a product, I am looking at the protein source, the sugar content, and the actual bio-availability.
My Review Philosophy
- No Paid Shills: If I recommend something, it is because I use it and it works.
- Label Literacy: I do not care about the front of the packaging. I care about the ingredient list on the back.
- Alternatives: I would rather you eat two whole eggs than buy a supplement that relies on marketing hype.
Stop getting played by influencers who have never stepped on a mat. Learn to read the labels yourself and start fueling like an athlete, not a consumer.

If you want sugar-coated marketing garbage, go elsewhere. If you want the cold, hard science on what actually works for your body, we will get along just fine. Cheers.
