About Strong Nation™ HIIT Masterclasses
When you walk into one of my Strong Nation™ masterclasses, leave the counting to me and just focus on the music. We sync every single punch, squat, and burpee to the beat, so you don't have to think about the routine—you just react and move. It is 90 minutes of pure, high-octane energy where I am right there on stage with you, making sure your form is tight even when you are dripping sweat.
What to Expect
These sessions are not your average workout. Strong Nation™ is about finding your himmat (courage) through intensity. I design these masterclasses to be inclusive, meaning I provide modifications for every exercise so you can train safely, whether you are just starting your fitness journey or you are a seasoned athlete.
Why Music Matters
We do not just workout to music; we workout to the beat. The choreography is synced specifically to the rhythm, which changes your perception of fatigue. When the beat drops, your effort levels spike, and suddenly you are pushing harder than you thought possible. This is the science of SYNC, and it is how we turn sweat into real results.

Beyond the local masterclasses, I take this format across India. From our first-ever India Tour in Vadodara to sessions in Delhi and Bangalore, my goal is to build a fitness family that supports one another.
