How I Build the Vibe
I treat every show as a blank canvas. If the energy is feeling a bit low, I switch to high-tempo Bollywood rock. If the mood is romantic or intimate, I slow it down with unplugged acoustic versions of evergreen classics. My goal is to make the playlist feel like it belongs to you, not just me. If you have a specific song that means something to your group, shout it out. I love taking requests mid-set because that is how we make the moment truly yours.
The Setup That Suits You
I offer flexibility to match the size of your event. For cozy house parties or living room gatherings, I show up with just my guitar and a high-quality portable speaker system, which is perfect for groups of up to 40 people. For larger events like a Sangeet, cocktail night, or wedding, I bring in a percussionist for that added rhythmic punch. If you are planning a massive celebration, I can bring my full 4-piece band, complete with a dedicated sound engineer, to ensure the acoustics are crisp and the energy is loud enough to fill the hall.
Practical Details
I like to keep things real and transparent. For solo shows, I bring all the gear needed. However, if you are booking the duo or the full band, I do require the venue to provide the main sound system. I always arrive at least 30 to 45 minutes before we start to handle the sound check and ensure everything is set for a smooth performance. I am based in Bangalore, but I am always up for a road trip if your event is outstation. Let’s talk about what works best for your space and your crowd.
