Law is not just about the arguments you see in a courtroom. It is a constant mix of travel, case preparation, and learning. Here is a look at what my daily practice actually involves across different cities.

At the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court. Appearing in different courts across the country is a regular part of my practice and always a valuable learning experience.

A quick trip to Mumbai for a physical hearing at the Bombay High Court. While virtual hearings are convenient, there is no substitute for the experience of being physically present in court and soaking in the energy of the city.

Another trip to Mumbai for a case at the Bombay High Court. I always make it a point to visit Siddhivinayak before court. These trips, though hectic, are enriching both professionally and personally.

The magnificent Allahabad High Court, Lucknow bench. The advantage of virtual court allows me to manage hearings here smoothly from our Lucknow office, even while handling work back in Delhi.

Lucknow will always be special. Working from our office here allows me to handle matters at the High Court while staying connected to a city I call home.

A glimpse of Lucknow, from the beautiful blue skies to the magnificent High Court. Even on work trips, I find moments to appreciate the city's charm, like enjoying a coffee made with freshly grounded beans.

A cup of chai at the Lucknow Bench of the High Court. Appearing here is always an excuse to visit one of the cities I call home and reflect on how much the institution has evolved over the years.

The historic architecture of the Allahabad High Court in Lucknow. Each visit is a reminder of the long tradition of justice in this country.

About A Glimpse Into My Practice

Most people see the final courtroom arguments, but the real work happens in the hours of research and travel between cities. I balance my practice between virtual hearings in my office and physical appearances at High Courts in Delhi, Lucknow, and Mumbai. This mobility is essential, but it requires careful planning to ensure every case gets the attention it needs, regardless of the distance.

Being a practicing lawyer often means existing in a state of constant movement. Whether I am appearing at the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court or catching a flight to Mumbai for a high-stakes hearing at the Bombay High Court, the work rarely stops. I rely on virtual hearings to maintain efficiency, but there are moments when physical presence is non-negotiable. Being in court allows for a specific kind of learning that screens cannot replicate.

My practice is not built on a family legacy. It is built on the reality of the grind. I handle complex matters like white-collar defense, bail applications, and NRI legal representation, and each case requires a unique roadmap. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to law. When you see me in these photos, you are seeing the result of hours spent reading charge sheets, coordinating with colleagues, and sometimes, finding a quiet moment for coffee to recalibrate before the next hearing.

I share these moments because transparency matters. Clients often ask if they need to be present for every step. My job is to handle the logistics, the court registry, and the arguments so that you can focus on the outcome. From navigating the complexities of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita to advising on travel permissions for NRIs, my goal is to simplify the process for those who have the courage to stand up for their rights. Shukr for the journey, and for the work that allows me to represent people who truly need a voice.

I did not start with a legal legacy. I built this practice from scratch with plenty of tea, books, and long hours. My work is not just about litigation; it is about bringing clarity to complex legal messes, whether you are an NRI facing issues in India or someone caught in a criminal dispute.
