Police & Your Rights

Police ka samna karna sabke bas ki baat nahi hoti (Dealing with police isn’t easy for everyone). You have rights: demand written notice for police calls, know your rights if arrested, and remember - no forced confessions. Special protections exist for women too, like no arrest at night without court permission.

Fighting False Cases

False cases, especially in family disputes or dowry matters, are sadly common. Even if a chargesheet is filed, we can try for quashing in High Court. The law does protect the innocent, and I make sure you know your options.
