About Our Brand
When you buy a jar from me, you aren't getting something mass-produced in a factory. Everything is made in my home kitchen in Dewas using spices I grind myself, without any artificial preservatives or shortcuts. My process is simple: I use fresh, locally sourced fruits and slow-cook them in small batches, just like my dadi taught me 50 years ago.

For two and a half decades, I have stayed true to the traditional methods of pickling and preserving. Many people today miss the authentic 'ghar ka swad' because store-bought options are often filled with chemical preservatives and artificial colors. My goal is different. I want to share the same food I serve my own family.
My Process
- Small Batches: I don't believe in industrial manufacturing. By cooking in smaller quantities, I ensure the heat and spices penetrate perfectly, giving you that 'gulab jamun' texture for my amla murabba or the crunch you expect in my mirchi achar.
- Pure Ingredients: From sourcing farm-fresh produce in Madhya Pradesh to hand-pounding spices like cardamom and black salt, I handle every step. There is absolutely no sodium benzoate or synthetic stuff here.
- Traditional Techniques: Whether it is sun-cooking or slow-flame boiling, I rely on the wisdom passed down through generations.
What to Expect
Because I avoid chemicals, you might notice slight variations in color or texture between batches. This is normal and actually a sign that you are eating something real, not something churned out by a machine. My murabbas and pickles are meant to be a reminder of childhood, bringing back those Sunday meals at your dadi's place. Whether you are craving the tang of Aam Mastana or the sweetness of Amla, each jar is packed with the intention of making you feel at home, no matter where you live in India.
