Custom Resin Tables and Functional Art
I turn raw wood and crystal-clear resin into functional statement pieces. From river tables to custom washbasins, here is how I bring art into the everyday.
For this large tabletop, I used a dustpan pouring technique to create a beautiful, fluid marble effect. It's an unconventional tool that helps guide the paint in captivating ways. I love exploring new methods to get unique results.
The secret ingredient to creating great art is nothing but hard work and consistency. This video shows my team and I working on a custom table, from cutting the base with a jigsaw to carefully packaging the finished piece. You just have to believe it's special.
Sanding can be a nightmare, but it's an essential step for a flawless finish. This is part two of turning a dining table into a geode masterpiece, showing the dusty, demanding, yet crucial process of sanding the surface perfectly smooth.
My gallery is a mix of finished art, works in progress, and colorful experiments. This video gives you a quick peek into my world, from a glowing resin washbasin to mesmerizing fluid art pours. It's a true reflection of my creative chaos.
About Functional Art: Tables, Counters & Custom Furniture
People often ask how I get those fluid, marble-like effects on big tabletops without it looking cluttered. It is actually my dustpan pouring technique. By using an unconventional tool to guide the resin, I can manipulate the flow and color split in ways that brushes simply cannot. Every piece you see here was poured by hand in my studio, and I am happy to customize the pigments to match your home’s existing color palette.
Resin is more than just a glossy finish; it is an incredibly durable medium for furniture that sees daily use. Whether it is a dining table or a bathroom vanity, I use pro-grade, UV-resistant epoxy to ensure your piece does not yellow or scratch easily over time.
When we start a custom project, we will talk about your space first. Do you want a river table that highlights the natural grain of a live-edge slab, or are you looking for a geode-inspired counter with embedded crystals? Because I build my own molds, we are not limited to standard sizes or shapes. If you have a specific space in mind—like a tight corner in your Mumbai apartment or a large foyer entrance—I can fabricate the furniture to fit exactly, down to the last centimeter.
Maintenance is the part most clients worry about. Unlike delicate art pieces, these tables are meant to be lived on. I finish every piece with a multi-step sanding process, going up to 2000 grit, which creates that mirror-like surface you see in the gallery. It is tough enough for coffee cups and laptop work, but I always include care instructions to keep that shine for years.
If you have an idea, even if it feels impossible, let’s talk. I have embedded everything from childhood toys to wedding flowers into functional pieces, and I am always game to try something new.
