Tired of the same old gym four walls? Come join our weekend outdoor bootcamps. We mix battle ropes, tug-of-war, and bodyweight drills in the park to make sure your workout feels like a blast, not a chore.

About Outdoor Bootcamp & Training
Don't expect to just stand around in these sessions. When we take the training to the park, it’s all about high-intensity movement—battle ropes, tug-of-war drills, and bodyweight circuits. You’ll be working out with the same group you see in the studio, which keeps the energy high even when we’re out in the open. Wear comfortable sneakers that can handle grass and get ready to sweat outside.
Why We Take It Outside
Sometimes the studio gets too small for the energy we have. Our outdoor bootcamps are designed to break the monotony of indoor training. By switching to parks in the Sector 57 area, we add a different kind of resistance and space that you just cannot replicate on a gym floor.
What To Expect
These aren't solo workouts. We stick to our philosophy of group motivation. You will be using equipment like battle ropes and engaging in team-based tug-of-war games that force you to push harder because your teammates are counting on you.
Our outdoor sessions focus on:
