I taste every single batch before it leaves the kitchen because you are trusting us with your celebration. Whether it is our annual cake mixing tradition or just boxing up fresh cupcakes, we do not believe in assembly-line perfection. If something does not feel right to me, it does not leave the shop, and that is the only way I know how to run a kitchen.
We are not a cloud kitchen and we do not hide behind a logo. When you walk into our outlets in Vasant Kunj, Connaught Place, or Greater Kailash, you are not just seeing a store, you are seeing an extension of our workspace. My team and I handle everything from the initial fruit soaking during our Christmas traditions to the final bow on a cupcake hamper.
I am hands-on with every recipe because I started this to make things I would actually want to eat. We deal with bulk corporate orders for 200 boxes just as carefully as we handle a single bento cake for Rakhi. We do not automate the soul out of our baking. If you have ever had a question about an ingredient or needed a custom note handwritten, that is just part of how we do things. We keep it real, honest, and consistently eggless.
