Essential Bath & Hygiene Package
Wet Zone Services
- Shampoo Wash: Double wash using professional-grade shampoo to remove dust and odors.
- Conditioning: Application of coat conditioner to detangle and soften fur.
- Anal Gland Cleaning: External expression of anal glands if required.
- Towel & Blow Dry: Manual towel drying followed by high-velocity blower for complete undercoat drying.
Hygiene & Prep
- Nail Clipping: Trimming of overgrown nails using standard clippers.
- Ear Cleaning: Wiping ear canal with vet-approved solution to remove wax buildup.
- Sanitary Trim: Trimming hair around genital and anal areas for hygiene.
- Paw Pad Trimming: Shaving excess hair between paw pads to prevent slipping.
Finishing Touches
- Manual Handling: Restraint-free or minimal restraint handling to ensure comfort.
- Perfume Finish: A spritz of pet-safe cologne for a fresh scent.

- Essential Bath Inclusions: Includes the shampoo, conditioner, blow-dry, ear cleaning, and nail clipping found in the basic package.
Haircut & Styling
- Full Body Haircut: Choice of machine shave (Summer Cut) or scissor-over-comb (Puppy Cut) for even length.
- Face Shaping: Scissor work to round the face and clear hair from eyes.
- Minor Matte Removal: Brushing out minor tangles prior to cutting.
Spa Elements
- Oil Massage: 10-15 minute relaxation massage using coconut or pet-safe essential oils.
- Moisturizing Treatment: Leave-in conditioner or cream application for dry coats.
Facility
- Cage-Free Waiting: Pets wait in a play area rather than crates before or after grooming.
- Environment: Service performed in a fully air-conditioned facility.
Medicated Tick & Flea Treatment
Pre-Bath Inspection
- Manual Tick Removal: Extensive manual checking of key hiding spots (ears, paws, tail, groin) and physical removal (approx 30-45 mins).
- Coat Brushing: Deep brushing to loosen dead ticks and flea dirt before wetting the coat.
Medicated Treatment
- Anti-Tick Shampoo Bath: Soaking the coat in medicated shampoo for 10-15 minutes to immobilize parasites.
- Deep Rinse: Thorough rinsing to ensure no harsh medicinal residue remains on the skin.
Hygiene & Prevention
- Antiseptic Spray: Application of antiseptic spray on tick-bite wounds to prevent infection.
- Comb-Through: Using a fine-tooth flea comb during drying to catch remaining fleas.
- Basic Hygiene: Includes nail clipping and ear cleaning.

My Story
I always joke, God made me a Pet Mom and filled my life with fur and love. Our place isn’t just a hostel - it’s a garden of wagging tails, happy chaos, and endless cuddles. Romeo, Juliet, Crypto, Miku, Coco - they’re family, not just guests. When your furball stays here, they join our family, have their own 'pawbirthday', and get all-day masti (fun) with new buddies. This is their second home, simple as that.

24/7 Pet Care & Safety - Someone’s always here, so pets get non-stop attention and care. No kennels, just freedom.
Home-Cooked Meals & Walks - Three home-cooked meals daily, evening snacks, and three dog walking sessions every day.
Pet Grooming & 'Spaw Day' - Full pampering - moisturizing, pawdicures, massages. Stays over 6 days get grooming included.
