Behind the Scenes: Our UPVC Window Fabrication Process
Quality starts long before installation. Watch how our Whitefield facility turns raw profiles into durable, weather-resistant windows built for Bangalore homes.
This video takes you behind the scenes into our fabrication facility. Watch as our skilled technicians cut, assemble, and finish a UPVC window frame. This controlled process allows us to maintain strict quality standards, ensuring that every window we deliver is a masterpiece of durability and design.
About From Workshop to Home: Our Quality Promise
Before your window is ever installed, it starts with internal reinforcement. We use 1.2mm to 1.5mm galvanized steel inside every UPVC chamber to prevent sagging, ensuring your sliding windows glide smoothly for years. It is this structural rigor in our workshop that keeps your home quiet and weather-tight against Bangalore’s changing seasons.
Quality Built from the Inside Out
We do not believe in taking shortcuts. Every window frame that leaves our Whitefield workshop is engineered with specific structural requirements to handle the demands of modern residential and commercial spaces.
Material Integrity
We utilize high-grade Fenstech uPVC profiles, which are reinforced with Galvanized Iron (GI) steel. This internal reinforcement is critical for structural rigidity and wind load resistance, particularly for high-rise apartments or large spans. For the glazing, we rely on 5mm to 6mm toughened glass from industry leaders like Saint Gobain and Asahi, ensuring safety and durability.
The Fabrication Process
Our process goes beyond simple assembly.
- Precision Cutting: We map out your aperture dimensions to ensure a flush fit.
- Structural Reinforcement: Steel inserts are fitted into the chambers to provide backbone strength.
- Sealing & Weatherproofing: Frames are finished with EPDM rubber gaskets for an airtight, watertight seal.
- On-Site Integration: During installation, we use heavy-duty anchor fasteners and fill all masonry-to-frame gaps with expanding polyurethane (PU) foam, followed by a final perimeter seal of weather-grade silicone.
Why This Matters
Poorly fabricated windows often lead to rattling frames, water seepage during monsoon, and poor acoustic insulation. By handling the fabrication in-house with strict quality control, we ensure that the window you see in our 3D design visualization is exactly what is delivered and installed in your home. This process is how we provide windows that stay operational and look pristine for years, regardless of Bangalore’s dust, heat, or heavy rains.
