Anime & Fan Art Drawing Classes in Delhi
I love bringing favorite characters to life, from manga heroes to comic book icons. Whether you want to master realistic anime styles or learn how to use markers and colored pencils, let's draw together.
A finished portrait of Power from Chainsaw Man, created using a mix of alcohol markers and colored pencils. This piece shows how we can apply realistic techniques to anime and fan art.
A high energy drawing of Deadpool and Wolverine. I used markers and ink splatters to create a dynamic and chaotic feel that fits the characters perfectly.
A portrait of Kitagawa from My Dress Up Darling, combining a graphite base with pops of color in the eyes and nails. This is a great example of mixed media work.
My charcoal portrait of Bran Stark from Game of Thrones. Capturing a likeness of a well known character is a challenge I enjoy and a skill I teach.
A full view of the Bran Stark portrait. The dark, moody background helps to make the character's expression the main focus of the piece.
About this collection
When we tackle fan art, we don't just focus on the outline. We spend time on the actual anatomy of the character and learn how to layer alcohol markers to get those smooth transitions without streaks, which is usually the trickiest part for beginners to get right.
Bringing Characters to Life
I’ve spent a lot of time figuring out how to make anime and fan art look both stylized and real. It’s not just about copying what you see on screen. We start by breaking down the character into basic shapes and proportions so you aren't just tracing lines. Once the structure is solid, we move to the fun stuff: coloring.
My Toolkit & Techniques
I use Ohuhu alcohol markers and Prismacolor pencils for most of my fan art, and I’ll show you exactly how I use them. You don't need a professional setup to start, but I’ll teach you:
- Layering: How to build colors without ruining your paper.
- Highlights: Using white gel pens to make eyes and hair pop.
- Blending: Using blending stumps and makeup brushes to soften edges.
Why Practice Matters
I’m the first to admit that kabhi background kharab ho jata hai (sometimes the background messes up), but that’s how we learn. In our sessions, we keep it light. We celebrate the small wins, like finally getting that anime eye shape right or blending a difficult shadow. If you’re stuck on a particular character or just want to understand the basics of manga anatomy, we can focus on that. My goal is to help you feel confident enough to pick up a pencil and just start drawing, no matter what your current skill level is.
