About Wellness Through Nature
We do not just teach you how to plant. We show you how to pause. In our 2.5-hour sessions, you are not just building a terrarium or potting a plant. You are learning to use soil, moss, and greenery as an anchor for stress relief, supported by guided breathwork and simple wellness techniques.
What We Cover in Our Sessions
Our workshops are designed for anyone needing a mental break. Whether you are a total beginner who has never held a trowel or someone with a balcony full of pots, these sessions are about the process, not just the result.
- DIY Terrarium Building: A 2.5-hour guided session where you build a self-sustaining ecosystem in a glass bowl. You will learn about substrate layers, drainage, and how to balance humidity for your plants.
- Gardening & Wellness Masterclass: A half-day session that combines technical potting training with a guided mental wellness coaching segment. We cover root health, soil mixing, and using nature as active meditation.
- Corporate Desk-Planting: We bring the green to your office. These 60 to 90-minute sessions are perfect for team bonding and de-stressing at your desk.
