Since we are a production house, we control the quality of the sound, decor, and structural elements ourselves, ensuring what you see on the screen is exactly what you get at the venue.

We started Party Planet 15 years ago with a simple observation: people who try to manage their own events end up working, not partying. You are often left coordinating vendors, chasing deliveries, and handling emergencies. Our process is designed to remove that burden entirely.
The Production House Advantage
Being a production house means we do not just coordinate vendors; we are the vendor. When we pitch an idea, we know it is available because it is ours. Whether it is sound equipment, stage fabrication, or carnival games, we handle the production in-house. This gives us the creative freedom to go bigger and the operational control to solve problems instantly without relying on third parties.
Transparency and Partnerships
We work with top banquet halls across Mumbai and understand their protocols inside out. From security checks to venue-specific technical requirements, we handle the coordination with management so you do not have to. We are transparent about what will work and what will not. If a client suggests an idea that we know will not be practical or effective at their venue, we will tell them. We prefer an honest conversation over a poor execution.
