What you see is the fun, but what happens before is where the real work lies. Whether it is sourcing specific props or coordinating vendors on-site, I am the one running around so your family does not have to. I stay on the ground to manage every detail, ensuring you feel like a guest at your own event.
Planning an event in Mumbai involves much more than just picking a venue. It starts with your vision, turning a blank space into a 'Travel' theme baby shower or an 'Under the Sea' birthday. My process is direct. I handle the execution from start to finish. This includes coordinating the balloon artists, mascots, sound systems, and rental decor.
Clients often come to me stressed, feeling overwhelmed by the logistics. I pride myself on being the calm to your storm. I handle the backend chaos, from transporting decor props across Juhu or Bandra to ensuring every vendor arrives on schedule. You will see this in the way I coordinate. I am physically on-site, managing the flow, the cold pyro effects, and the setup, so you are not stuck dealing with coordination.
My work speaks for itself, and my happiest moments are when clients tell me the day went seamlessly. That is the standard I set for every celebration, whether it is a traditional ceremony or a modern milestone party.
