About The Process & Client Love
My process is built on constant communication, not just a one-time consultation. I start by understanding the specific story you want to tell, then handle every vendor, backdrop, and table setting so you can arrive at your party and simply enjoy the moment.
Great events do not happen by accident. They are the result of meticulous planning and a focus on the details that often go unnoticed. Whether I am styling a Parisian baby shower or executing a construction-themed birthday in Mumbai, my approach follows a consistent, proven path.
The Discovery Phase
Before a single balloon is inflated, I need to understand your vision. We start with a conversation about what you actually want to feel on the day of the event. Do you want high energy and chaos, or a calm, elegant atmosphere? I take your ideas and turn them into a cohesive design concept that dictates the color palette, the florals, and the furniture rentals.
Designing the Vibe
This is where my obsession with detail kicks in. I do not believe in cookie-cutter setups. I curate custom acrylic signage, handpick florals to match the season, and design tablescapes that are both functional and aesthetic. If a theme calls for earth tones, I source linens and plates that complement that specific mood. I create a mockup so you know exactly what the visual centerpiece will look like.
Execution and On-Site Management
This is where the magic happens behind the scenes. My team handles everything: transport, assembly, vendor coordination, and post-event cleanup. You will not find me just dropping off props and leaving. I am there to ensure the lighting is ambient, the flowers are fresh, and the flow of the party makes sense for your guests. My goal is to make the planning process as seamless as the event itself, leaving you with nothing to do but focus on your celebration.
