Core Decor & Setup
- Themed Backdrop: Standard 8ft x 8ft flex-printed backdrop on wooden frame or 6ft circular ring (Standard 2D prints like Cocomelon, Peppa Pig, etc).
- Balloon Styling: Organic balloon garland (approx 10-12 feet) using latex balloons (metallic, pastel, or chrome mix). Includes 2 themed foil balloons.
- Cake Station: Set of 3 cylindrical plinths (white or colored) or a dressed table for cake cutting, including a "Happy Birthday" neon light.
- Entrance Signage: One welcome easel stand with a personalized foam board print (2ft x 3ft).
Entertainment & Essentials
- Basic Activity (Select 1): Professional Tattoo Artist or Balloon Twister for a duration of 3 hours.
- Music Support: High-wattage portable PA speaker system with a microphone (Client to provide playlist).
- Mascot: One generic character mascot for 30-45 minutes during the cake-cutting ceremony.
- Scope Note: Strictly excludes 3D props or large-scale fabrication.

I handle everything, right from the first tiny idea to setting up the last balloon. Been doing this for ages, and honestly, I know what works and what’s just too much drama.
Themes That Pop
No theme is too wild. I’ve done kids birthday party themes like Disney Princesses, Minecraft, and superheroes, and also big milestone birthday celebration ideas - think 25th or 75th, whatever you’re celebrating. If you’re into K-Pop, Taylor Swift, Unicorns, or even a full-on Jungle Safari, I can get that sorted. For adults, I love building themed engagement party vibes or intimate anniversary dinners, even pool and spa parties.

I go all out with immersive party decor - huge backdrops, 3D props, neon lights, balloon sculptures, the works. Entertainment is covered too: bouncy castles, laser tag, VR games, or even casino tables if that’s your vibe. Want DIY perfume bars or nail art stations? Can do.

My Story
We started Party Planet about 15 years back. Back then, we’d get calls only after a banquet was booked, now folks come to us first. Feels good, yaar. Our thing is - when you throw a party, you should actually enjoy it. No running around, no stress. We want you in every photo, laughing, not chasing vendors. We handle all the behind-the-scenes, so you just walk in and soak up the good times.
