This is the magic of transformation. Watch as I take an empty 10x10 exhibition space and turn it into a full-house experience, using strategic design and creative decor to draw in the crowds.
Here's a little tour of my exhibition stall concept. Since I couldn't bring my entire store, I created several mini-themes, from table styling to a Halloween corner, to give visitors a taste of what Partylicious can do.
A quick glimpse of the magic I brought to The Pink Post Inc. exhibition. From a giant balloon octopus to evil-eye themed table settings, my goal was to create a space filled with inspiration and unforgettable details.

About Exhibition Stall Design
A standard 10x10 shell scheme is tight, but that is where the fun starts. My approach focuses on 'micro-themes'—like curated table settings or focused photo corners—that break up the visual monotony and give visitors a reason to stop walking. We use modular, eco-friendly elements that are easy to install, look sharp, and keep the focus squarely on your brand message.
Designing for exhibitions is about high impact in a small footprint. You do not have much room, so every inch needs to work for your brand. I specialize in turning standard 3x3m shell schemes into spaces that actually pull a crowd.
We move away from the usual flex-heavy, landfill-ready designs. Instead, we use repurposed materials, handcrafted paper flowers from recycled books, and biodegradable balloon structures to create visual texture that feels premium, not plastic.
I treat every stall as a mini-activation. Whether it is a giant organic balloon arch that acts as a beacon from across the hall or tabletop styling that invites people to engage with your products, the setup is designed to be social-media ready and interactive. We handle the full setup and dismantling, so you are not left dealing with trash or transport headaches after the show. It is all about creating a vibe that lets your brand stand out from the noise of the neighboring stalls.
