My Dance Journey
Dance is pure feeling for me. Some tracks just hit different, and after 17 years from Sambhajinagar to Mumbai, I still crave more. My funda is simple: Feel karo, reel karo (Feel it, then make a reel). I’m Parag, and I want you to catch the vibe, not just the steps.
How We Move Together
- Weekend workshops are my jam. Open to all, we pick a Bollywood banger, retro hit, or even a soulful semi-classical track and vibe for 3 hours. It’s chill, fun, and you’ll probably end up making a dance reel.
- Personal training is for those who want to level up. 20 focused sessions, one-on-one or semi-private, where we work on your goals. You get 3 pro-shot dance reels for your Insta or portfolio.
- Sometimes, I take the energy outstation. I’ve done Hip-Hop dance classes in Mumbai, taught kids in Vizag, and held camps in Pune. Always open to new places and faces.

Aurangabad se Mumbai aaya tha, sapne leke. 18 saal se dance hi meri duniya hai. Studio SEVEN, mera khud ka dance adda, khud ki mehnat se bana hai. Yeh jagah sirf meri nahi, sab artists ki hai. Dance ka scene simple hai - feel karo aur reel karo! Zindagi ka asli maza yahin hai, bas gaane chalu karo aur nacho.
