We treat your mandap like a design project, not just a stage. From structural pillar placement to floral density, we plan for the perfect ceremony shot, not just a pretty backdrop.

A dreamy mandap where tradition meets garden elegance. We used lush white florals, hanging tuberoses, and traditional banana leaves to create a serene and timeless setting for this outdoor Kalyanam.

This is what we mean by luxe tradition. This grand temple-style mandap features massive carved pillars and a dense canopy of jasmine strings, creating a breathtaking sacred space for a South Indian wedding.

For this wedding, we constructed a divine space right in the middle of nature. The mandap was designed to feel like a serene temple, complete with idols and traditional floral arrangements, blending spirituality with natural beauty.

A vision in white. This stunning mandap is crafted entirely from baby's breath and tuberose, creating a dreamy, cloud-like effect for a modern and elegant wedding ceremony.

A kiss to seal the deal under a shower of petals. This mandap, bursting with red and white roses, created the perfect romantic backdrop for this unforgettable moment.

A dramatic and romantic Muhurtham setup. We used columns of deep red roses and hanging golden kaleeras to frame the welcome signage, setting a luxurious tone from the very first glance.

An elegant outdoor mandap blending traditional South Indian elements with a clean, modern aesthetic. The white floral canopy and carved pillars stand beautifully against the lush greenery and palm trees.

An indoor mandap that brings the outdoors in. We used lush green walls, banana plants, and a ceiling of hanging florals to create a tropical oasis inside the banquet hall.

The grandeur of a temple mandap set against a modern home. This shot shows how we use our architectural eye to place magnificent traditional structures in any setting, creating a stunning contrast.

A surreal wooden and gold themed mandap set amidst the palm groves of Bekal. The design perfectly complements the natural landscape, creating a seamless blend of tradition and destination beauty.

About Grand Mandaps & Muhurthams

Our design process starts with the floor plan. We do not just put up a mandap; we consider the traffic flow for the priests and family, ensure the backdrop does not clash with the venue lighting, and build sturdy foundations so your mandap looks perfect from the first ritual to the final pheras.

As architects, we approach every mandap as a spatial challenge. Whether you want a heavy temple-style structure with brass pillars or a minimalist setup with baby's breath, we prioritize structural integrity alongside aesthetics.

Why Our Mandaps Feel Different

We don't just pick a design off a catalogue. We look at the site context—whether it is a hotel ballroom in Bengaluru or a beachside property in Goa.

  • The Pillar & Sightline Factor: We calculate pillar placement to ensure your guests have clear views of the rituals.
  • Floral Engineering: We use high-density floral installations that stay fresh, even for long Muhurthams. We balance the weight of the decor with the structural limits of the venue.
  • Lighting Harmony: Our stage lighting is rigged to highlight the couple without washing out the colors of your traditional attire.

The Styles We Master

  • Temple Tradition: Using carved pillars, heavy jasmine, tuberose, and brass lamps to recreate a sacred sanctum vibe.
  • Modern Minimalist: Using clean lines, monochromatic floral palettes like white roses or baby's breath, and sheer drapes to keep the focus on the couple.
  • Nature-Integrated: Working with existing garden landscapes to frame the mandap against natural greenery, often used for our outdoor weddings in Hyderabad and Goa.

We handle all logistics, from the priest's seating requirements to the Nadaswaram troupe's positioning. Your job is just to show up and perform the rituals.

We are architects who realized that the best spaces are the ones where people make memories. We moved from blueprints to mandaps because we love the drama and the tradition of an Indian wedding.
