Every stitch tells a story. This is a look at the initial stages of my hand-embroidery process, where the design is first outlined before the intricate threadwork begins. This is the foundation of a true heirloom piece.
The journey of a bespoke suit begins here, with the selection of the perfect fabric. I offer an exhaustive collection of international fabrics, from fine wools to pure linens, for you to choose from.
This is a Super 100's Merino Extrafine wool from Scabal London, a fabric renowned for its softness, durability, and beautiful drape. Choosing a premium fabric like this is the first step to a truly magnificent suit.
A luxurious wool from Holland & Sherry of Savile Row, London. The rich camel color and smooth texture make it an exceptional choice for a statement jacket or a full suit.

We don't believe in off-the-rack. For every custom suit, we include a basted trial—a raw-stitch fitting where we adjust the drape and shoulder width directly on your frame. It adds time to the process, but it guarantees that when you wear your piece, it feels like it was grown on you, not just stitched.
At Pall Mall, we view a garment as a piece of engineering. Our bespoke process begins with the raw material. We curate an exhaustive collection of international fabrics, sourcing directly from world-renowned mills like Zegna, Scabal, and Dormeuil. Whether you require the thermal regulation of Irish linen for a destination shaadi or the structural integrity of Super 100s Merino wool for a corporate boardroom, the fabric choice is the non-negotiable foundation of our work.
Once the fabric is selected, our master craftsmen take over. We use half-canvas or full-canvas construction—never cheap fusing—to ensure your jacket maintains its shape and breathes naturally over time. Notice the internal details in our jackets: we use Bemberg or silk lining for superior comfort, finished with piped internal seams, known as the Hong Kong finish. It is the kind of detail you rarely see, but you feel every time you slip the jacket on.

From the initial 15-point measurement session to the final touches like hand-stitched buttonholes and custom monogramming, every step is designed to eliminate the boxy look of ready-to-wear.
