The Art of Detail
It is the small things, like the way a collar sits, the precision of beadwork, or the texture of Italian silk, that turn a standard suit into a statement. See how we balance craft and comfort.

About The Art of Detail
At The Closet, the difference between a standard fit and a sharp look is in the execution of the small things. Whether it is the hand-placement of Swarovski crystals on a reception blazer or the subtle, diagonal pleating on an ivory tuxedo, we focus on tactile quality that you feel as much as you see. Every line of embroidery and every button stitch serves the overall silhouette.
Quality in menswear is not a buzzword, it is a technical standard. When you choose a custom piece, you are paying for the time spent on the canvas and the precision of the stitch. We use high-GSM fabrics like Italian Brocade and raw silk because they hold structure, preventing that dreaded baggy look.
Our embroidery is done by hand. We use Zardosi, French knots, and metallic bullion wire to create texture rather than just adding bulk. For our reception wear, we often use crystals or glass beads, placed individually to catch the light without looking over-the-top.
Fit is the final piece of the puzzle. We use a full-canvas construction to ensure the jacket drapes properly over your shoulders. If the fabric does not sit right, even the best embroidery will not save the look. We offer 2-3 fittings for every client to ensure your final ensemble fits you like it was built for you, because it was.
The Closet
Saksham and Nikhil here. We started The Closet because we were tired of seeing men struggle with baggy, uncomfortable wedding wear. We treat every garment as a project to help you feel confident, not just look like a mannequin.
