My Story
Hey, I’m Aarthi, founder of Padma Yoga Academy. Used to be all about the corporate grind, HR, meetings - but life had other plans. After a tough divorce, single parenting, and a few stumbles in the wellness world, I found my anchor in yoga and healing. Not just yoga, though - after an injury, I added strength training, sound healing, mandala art. Healing for me is messy, honest, sometimes awkward, always real. That’s what I bring to every class.
My Work
What we offer - Pre and postnatal yoga classes, menopause emotional support, fertility yoga sessions, sound healing for women, art therapy workshops, and kids yoga.
