- Lunch Details: Served in a 5-compartment tray. Includes complex carbs (Brown Rice, Millet Pulao, or Quinoa), protein source (Paneer/Tofu/Meat), vegetable sabzi, fresh salad, and dal or curd.
- Dinner Details: Lighter portion served in a 3-compartment tray. Includes Khapli (Emmer wheat) rotis or millets, protein curry, and salad.
