About Rooftop Terrace Designs
When designing for Delhi’s harsh micro-climate, we prioritize technical fundamentals before aesthetics. A successful terrace needs more than just plants; it requires a structural load assessment, precise water drainage management, and high-quality, weather-resistant materials like WPC decking or stone veneer to ensure your outdoor space remains comfortable year-round.
Our design process begins with a study of your building's orientation to determine how sun and wind patterns will affect your terrace. Delhi weather is unforgiving, so we map out the area to place seating, bars, and pergolas where they offer the best protection and comfort.
For our '102 Terrace' project, we utilized a central fire pit as an anchor point, allowing the space to function well into cooler evenings. In contrast, our 'White Chips' design focused on a minimalist material palette, using white stone and clean lines to make a smaller area feel expansive and serene.
We believe a terrace should function as a proper room under the sky. This means planning for structural integrity, drainage, and plumbing for outdoor bar counters. We use 3D visualization to lock in the material palette, from the durability of WPC decking to the aesthetics of stone veneer walls. Our goal is to ensure the design you see on screen is exactly what you get on site.
