About Sun, Sand & Sound: Afro & Melodic House Sets
When you book these sets, note that I perform exclusively in Afro, Melodic, and Organic House styles. I do not play Bollywood, Hip-Hop, or commercial pop. To get the best sound, you must provide 2x Pioneer CDJ-2000 NXS2 or 3000s, a DJM 900 NXS2 mixer, and a sound system capable of handling deep, clear electronic frequencies.
My approach to these sets is all about the flow of the afternoon. Whether you are hosting a beach party in Goa at a place like Salud or a high-energy rooftop sundowner in Mumbai like Waikiki, the energy needs to be rhythmic and conversation-friendly. These sets are designed for those 90 to 120-minute slots where the sun is setting, and you need a deep, soulful groove to set the tone.
I am particular about the technical setup because I want the audio to be crisp. My sets rely on seamless beat-matching and deep low-end frequencies that require proper subwoofers. I do not take requests for Bollywood or commercial hits because that breaks the sonic journey I aim to build for your crowd. My music is for listeners who want to get lost in the groove, not those waiting for chart-topping singalongs.
