Why We Started
We wanted to shake things up in India’s mithai scene - baklava for us is about bringing a little ‘badlaav’ (change) to traditional sweets. Since 2006, we’ve been making sure our baklava isn’t just imported ideas, but real, authentic Turkish baklava, made with flaky phyllo and loaded with premium nuts. Yeh koi aisi waisi mithai nahi hai (this isn't just any ordinary sweet).

We love mixing things up - Holi gujiyas in funky flavors, tricolor sweets for Independence Day, fusion balls, and festival modaks. It’s Delhi meets Dubai, every celebration.

My Story
We kicked off Oasis Baklawa in 2006, bringing kunafa and baklava to a land obsessed with badam halwa and pista launj. Log sochte the, chalega kya? (People wondered, will it work?) But Delhi welcomed us, and our Oasis Fam-Jam grew. New stores meant chaos, but also magic. Festivals, weddings, Rakhi - har mummy deserves a free cake! For us, gifts aren’t just boxes, they’re memories. We’re here for your celebrations, big or small.
