About The Art of Baklava & Kunafa

Did you know our 'Carrot' Baklava gets its name purely from that distinct triangular shape, not the filling? It is a classic Turkish technique we have brought to India, layering hand-chopped pistachios and pure desi ghee in flaky phyllo. It is one of the few sweets that actually tastes better after a day or two when the honey has soaked through, making it a reliable pick for events where you need prep done in advance.

Whether you are craving the classic nutty crunch of our pistachio-loaded squares or want the experience of a hot, cheese-pulled Kunafa, you are in the right place. We started back in 2006 because we were tired of the lack of real, authentic Middle Eastern sweets in India. We wanted to move past the typical halwa and barfi obsession and bring a little 'badlaav'—the change we know your tastebuds need.

Our craft is simple, but the execution is demanding:
