This is our award-winning residence in DLF Alameda, a project that defines our approach to modern luxury. The facade features striking zinc shingles that create a dynamic, textured surface, contrasted with large glass panels and a strong geometric form. We designed this home to be a landmark, balancing visual impact with a sense of privacy and sophistication.
We believe luxury is about volume and light. This view showcases a double-height living and dining area, where a sculptural staircase appears to float alongside a magnificent chandelier. The open plan design, combined with warm, integrated LED lighting and natural wood accents, creates an environment that is both grand and intimately welcoming.
We design spaces that extend living beyond the walls. This tranquil poolside area features a custom water curtain cascading from the balcony above, creating both a visual centerpiece and a soothing auditory experience. The combination of dark water, warm deck lighting, and textured concrete walls makes this a perfect retreat for relaxation or evening entertainment.
This 2.5-acre signature estate is a study in timeless neo-classical design. We focused on perfect symmetry, with towering double-height columns framing a grand central portico to create a powerful arrival experience. The design blends classical proportions with modern materials like micro-concrete, resulting in a residence built to feel like a generational legacy.
Our work is more than just drawing pretty houses; it is a comprehensive process from concept to reality. This video offers a look into our daily life, from detailed 3D design reviews and team collaborations in the studio to on-site inspections where we ensure every detail is executed to perfection.
Innovation is at the core of our design philosophy. For this luxury duplex, we designed a kinetic jali inspired by windmills, where individual elements rotate with the breeze. This feature not only creates a constantly changing, mesmerizing facade but also serves a functional purpose, demonstrating how art and science can merge in architecture.
We create bespoke entertainment spaces that are both stylish and functional. This home theater is designed with tiered, dug-out seating in micro-concrete for a cozy, immersive feel, complemented by plush leather recliners. The acoustic wall paneling and integrated lighting ensure a premium cinematic experience right at home.
