I do not believe in magic pills or restrictive diets that leave you hungry and miserable. My practice is built on a foundation of clinical research applied to the food you already have in your kitchen, using staples like ash gourd or millets instead of expensive, imported substitutes. Whether you are managing PCOD, thyroid concerns, or just trying to regain your energy after having a baby, we focus on actionable, small habits that fit your actual schedule, not an idealized version of it.
My journey as a nutritionist started five years ago, fueled by simple frustration. I saw too many friends and family members falling for quick-fix diet trends and misinformation that promised everything but delivered nothing. I wanted to create a space that offers something different: trustworthy, research-based guidance that treats nutrition as a long-term investment in your health, not a temporary inconvenience.
After becoming a mother to two girls, my perspective shifted even further. I experienced the overwhelming nature of postpartum changes firsthand, which taught me that nutrition plans cannot be clinical in a vacuum. They have to survive the reality of a busy household, work schedules, and the occasional lack of sleep.
My approach is straightforward:
- Clinical Focus: I work with conditions like PCOD, thyroid imbalances, and diabetes, using data and blood reports to create plans that actually move the needle.
- Local & Seasonal: We focus on what is readily available. You do not need fancy, expensive superfoods to improve your gut health or manage your weight. We find solutions in common ingredients you likely already stock.
- Sustainable Habits: I help you build routines around hydration, eating windows, and mindful portions, rather than asking you to count every single calorie or track every gram.
My goal is to guide you, not to judge you. When we work together, we move at your pace, making adjustments based on how your body responds. Whether you need a one-time plan or ongoing lifestyle coaching, my priority is helping you build confidence in the kitchen and in your daily choices.
